Frequently Asked Questions

Can my son bring a phone?
Yes, phones are allowed at camp.
What if he needs medication?
He should bring it with him, or give it to a leader to hold for safekeeping.
What if he gets homesick?
He can call home. But prepare him now for this — a little homesickness is normal and passes quickly once he's engaged with activities and friends.
What happens in bad weather?
As long as it's safe outside, we will continue with our activities. If needed, we will gather in a large shelter or, if necessary, end the camp early.
Can parents visit during camp?
No. Parent visits during camp are not available, but we will keep families updated throughout.
Will photos be posted? How will parents be updated?
Yes, photos will be posted and parents will receive updates during camp. Details on where photos will be shared are coming soon.
